CCU is the best department in Newham general Hos. The nurses are very caring, helpful easy to communicate with, always smiling to the patients. CCU is very clean. Well done to all the nurses matrons and doctors, cleaners.

The staff were all nice, friendly approachable and caring.
They attach their job is a pleasant and professional manner and made you feel comfortable at all times.
The bathroom could be a bit cleaner if I hard to be picky.

Not much seen 2 hour late. Porter observation ward and used to do voluntary work. Refer you to see a nurse. Ambulance staff very helpful.

As my mum is on chemotherapy she was fast tracked straight through to majors and at once. Within 2 hrs she had bloods, x-ray, ECG, and examination done. Her Dr was so efficient as was every member of staff we saw. He even liaised with her medical team at UCCH.
